What the Air Sensation Festival is
A hot air balloon meet at Ocna Sibiului: crews from Romania and abroad, morning and evening flights, and an audience that comes to watch the sky fill with colour.
The programme follows the weather, not the other way round. Flights happen at sunrise and in the later part of the day, when the air is stable; in between, the balloons rest on the field and anyone can come close.
