What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask for. The public website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

What we collect and why

For a booking request: name, phone, email, preferred date, number of passengers and their total weight. Basis: performance of the contract and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Total weight is needed to calculate the aircraft’s maximum load, as required for safe operation. Individual weights are not collected.
The declaration regarding chronic conditions and the consumption of alcohol or substances: needed for flight safety.
For a gift voucher request: the recipient’s name and the buyer’s details, in order to issue and send the voucher.
For the Fly Call list or the newsletter: name, phone, email. Basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
When a form is submitted, the time and IP address are recorded as evidence of consent.

How long we keep it

Booking data is anonymised automatically 24 months after the flight date.
Weight and health declarations are deleted 12 months after the flight.
Contact list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Deletion is performed by an automated daily process, not on manual request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent data. We share it only with the providers that keep us running: the website hosting service and the transactional email provider, both with servers in the European Union.

We do not use reCAPTCHA, and we do not embed maps or videos that would load third-party scripts when a page opens. Films on the festival page load only if you click them.

Cookies

The public website uses no tracking cookies and has no third-party analytics. The only cookies are those strictly necessary for signing in to the administration panel, used solely by our team.

Your rights

To find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
To have inaccurate data corrected.
To request erasure, under the conditions set by law.
To object to processing, or to request that it be restricted.
To withdraw your consent at any time, for processing based on it.
To lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).

Security

The website runs exclusively over HTTPS. Data is stored on servers in the European Union, and access to the administration panel is limited to named accounts, with a password and rate-limited sign-in attempts.
